Our Story
Established in 2001 by Ed Hayward, Xecutive Consulting provides Talent Acquisition and Consulting solutions. The firm initially focused on placing bilingual automotive professionals and then expanded it's services into other industries. This new service was developed at the request of Executives who wanted more control over their own career development.

Ed Hayward founded Xecutive Consulting in 2001 and is the CEO of the company. However, he is also very passionate about Executive Recruiting and leaves the management of the company to his staff to allow him more time to serve clients.
