Our Story
Established in 2001 by Ed Hayward, Xecutive Consulting provides Talent Acquisition and Consulting solutions. The firm initially focused on placing bilingual automotive professionals and then expanded it's services into other industries. This new service was developed at the request of Executives who wanted more control over their own career development.

Ed Hayward founded Xecutive Consulting in 2001 after spending 12 years working and living in the Pacific Rim. He currently splits his time between Utah and Japan. His focus is on helping Global Executives find positions where they can utilize their experience to have the greatest impact.
