Xecutive Consulting was established in 2001 by Ed Hayward to provide elite Talent Acquisition and Consulting solutions. While our roots are in placing high-level bilingual automotive professionals, we have since expanded our expertise across diverse industries. This growth was driven by a specific need: executives seeking a more controlled, sophisticated approach to their own career development.

Ed Hayward established Xecutive Consulting in 2001, drawing on over a decade of firsthand experience in the Pacific Rim. Today, Ed balances his time between his bases in Utah and Japan, focusing exclusively on the needs of global leaders.
