Xecutive Consulting was established in 2001 by Ed Hayward to provide elite Talent Acquisition and Consulting solutions. While our roots are in placing high-level bilingual automotive professionals, we have since expanded our expertise across diverse industries. This growth was driven by a specific need: executives seeking a more controlled, sophisticated approach to their own career development.
Ed Hayward established Xecutive Consulting in 2001, drawing on over a decade of firsthand experience in the Pacific Rim. Today, Ed balances his time between his bases in Utah and Japan, focusing exclusively on the needs of global leaders. He is dedicated to helping executives navigate their next move, ensuring they find positions that maximize both their experience and their influence.
